Exporting audiences has become more accessible and now is available in more places throughout the platform with the Audience Export.
There are the four spots new Audience Export dropdown is available:
- Previous Customers Sales Lens & Service Lens
- Previous Customers Appointment page
- Previous Customers Audience Generator Beta (Audience Composer)
- New Leads / Specials List
note: this does not involve any New Audiences audiences
This allows users easy access to audiences to deploy campaigns for the following platforms & services:
- Display campaign audiences
- Connected TV
- Online Video
- Google campaigns
- Facebook campaigns
- Email campaigns
- Raw customer data directly from the platform
