Whitelisting our domains ensures that your website will recognize and trust communications between our technology and your systems, without being obstructed by security filters, firewalls, or ad blockers.
Once our domains are whitelisted, our technology can operate seamlessly, enabling us to collect more comprehensive data for your first-party data initiatives.
To whitelist our domains, please follow these steps:
- Access your website’s security or firewall settings.

Add our domains to the approved or trusted list (commonly found under “Allow list” or “Whitelist” settings).

- Save the changes to guarantee uninterrupted communication between our technology and your systems.

Checking Geolocation Prompts, Consent Settings, and Privacy Blockers
1. Start with a Non-Cached Browser Session
Before performing any checks, open the website in a fresh browser session.
You can do this by either:
- Opening the site in an Incognito or Private Browsing window, or
- Clearing your browser cache and cookies before loading the website.
This ensures that previously stored settings or consent choices are not affecting the results.
2. Check for a Geolocation Prompt
After loading the website, look for a geolocation permission prompt near the browser's address bar, similar to the example shown below.
If a geolocation prompt appears, it indicates that the website is requesting location access from the browser. Depending on the site's configuration, this request may be generated by one or more services running on the website.
If no consent or privacy restrictions are preventing the script from loading, the geolocation prompt should appear normally.
3. Verify That the Script Has Loaded
Open your browser's Developer Tools and navigate to the Sources tab.
Within the Sources panel, confirm that the following resources are visible:
build.1pdata.apphits3.livemarketshoppers.com
If these resources are present, it indicates that the script has successfully loaded within the browser.
You can also use the Search feature within Developer Tools and search for:
FullThrottleLIMS
If search results return code associated with the script, this further confirms that the script has been loaded successfully.
4. Check for Consent or Privacy Restrictions
If the website uses a cookie consent banner, privacy management platform, or similar consent tool, first ensure that the appropriate consent options have been accepted.
After consent has been granted, open the Elements tab in Developer Tools and search for:

Review the script entry within the page source.
If the script appears normally and there are no indicators suggesting it has been disabled or restricted by a consent management tool, the script is likely loading as expected.
If the script does not appear after consent has been granted, or if the website's privacy settings continue to prevent it from loading, additional review of the site's consent configuration may be required.
