A Login Profile is a predefined access level that determines what a user can see and do in the platform, from view-only campaign results to full control over building, launching, and managing campaigns.

Base User | View-only access to see how campaigns are progressing and who they’re reaching. Best for users who need results without spend or delivery details. Base User Access to: view campaigns & outcomes page. |
Extended User | Everything in Base, plus impression counts. Good for users who track reach and delivery but don’t manage budgets. Extended User Access to: impressions. |
Advanced User | Advanced visibility into performance, including engagement rates (CTR/VCR) and advertiser budgets and spend. Ideal for users who report on results and investment. Advanced User Access to: impressions, CTR/VCR, advertiser budgets. |
Full User | Advanced User plus the ability to build draft campaigns. Full User Access to: impressions, CTR/VCR, advertiser budgets, ads manager, build draft campaigns. |
Unrestricted User | Complete control to build, launch, and manage campaigns, with access to all financials including CPMs and margins. Reserved for users who manage the campaigns end to end. Unrestricted User Access to: impressions, CTR/VCR, advertiser budgets, ads manager, build & activate campaigns, all financial fields. |
