Audience Flume is an audience identification API that provides clients with programmatic access to household audiences identified through our patented on-site technology. Our technology transforms website visitors into households and makes associated household data available, including postal address information and supporting metadata.
Clients commonly utilize the API to retrieve groups of households tied to a specific client, campaign, and timeframe, subsequently processing this data through their own ETL workflows to prepare it for upload into a CRM or other downstream systems.
Please note, this API is not designed for media reporting purposes. It does not return/provide campaign performance metrics, delivery data, or any other comprehensive reporting insights from the application. Additionally, it is not intended as a file export system (e.g., CSV).
