Tier B | Anyone who has utilized their vehicle wallet in the past 24 hours AND are within the first 5 segments (Finance Upgrade, Lease Upgrade, Lease Overage, High APR, Warranty Alert) |
Tier C | Anyone who has not opened an email AND are within the first 5 segments until quota is met |
