- Log into the platform.
- Search Client --> Select Filters --> Type Account in Client Search --> Hit Search.
- Select Previous Customers on the client.
- On the left side menu, under Settings --> select 'Lifecycle Settings'.
- Within the Lifecycle Settings, on the 'Specials' tab. Begin to fill in the Special details.
- *Can only run 1 special on emails at a time.
- Title: Title of the special.
- Amount: What the special is offering. (Optional field)
- Sub-Title: Text box to place a sub-title. Typically to give additional short details to the title. (Optional field)
- Disclaimer: Text box to place the special/offer disclaimer.
- Automated Expiration Toggle:
- ON = Automated Expiration turned ON means each month our system will automate
the coupon to have an end of month expiration date in the
disclaimer.
- ON = Automated Expiration turned ON means each month our system will automate
- ON/OFF Toggle:
- ON = Special will show on emails.
- OFF = Specials will NOT show on emails.
- Service Special 1 Image:
- Upload the image to show next to the offer on emails.
Here are examples of how a special will show on emails:
- "Service Special Unlocked" is baked into the email template for where the special will show under.
- Title = $10 off you next service appointment
- Disclaimer = Valid on any service. Good for 30 days from receipt of email.
