How to Set-Up CDK DMS Connection

To initiate a CDK Fortellis connection, please follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to Fullthrottle.ai Fortellis Markeplace
  2. Select 'Activate' on the left side of the screen
    • Here is a short video the dealer can use to guide them through the steps of activating: VIDEO HERE
    • If not logged into CDK Global, you will be prompted to do so now.
  3. Follow the prompts on screen to complete the following:
    • Confirm location and agree to terms
    • Verify DMS account(s) and review for confirmation before submitting
  4. Once complete, CDK will process data on their end and add Fullthrottle to the connection. This may take a few days.
  5. Then, Fullthrottle will get an alert when CDK has added us as a connection. We will ingest the data and configure settings on our end. This can take 2-3 days. Then, set-up will be complete.
