Target Audience selection informs the AI Agent on which segments to serve assets to. While first party (1p) audiences are prioritized, third party (3p) audiences are also available.
Content priority selection is available to all users when building a campaign; it is recommended to only select one to two prioritizations per campaign.
AI Agent will add 3p audiences to campaigns where the 1p audiences selected are less than 1,000 households OR where system needs to optimize campaign delivery.

AI Agent will prioritize ad delivery to the selected publishers.
Recommended to only select one or two priorities per campaign.
Delivering business outcomes is the systems top priority, total publisher delivery is still based on audience content preference.
