- Navigate to CAMPAIGNS.
- Select Advertiser.
- Create New campaign or Click 'Edit' on an existing campaign.
- Within Ads section:
- Click Upload Anchor Ads and Upload Promo Ads OR drag and drop new asset files.
- Click Open Ad Library to associate assets to eligible tactics and / or customize Click-through URLs.
- Select Eligible Tactics. Confirm Click-through URL.
